Privacy at Plenarly

Last updated: October 24, 2026.
Plenarly is a very small, very early startup run by Derlatka Holdings LLC, a Florida limited liability company. This page explains, in plain language, what we collect and what we do with it. If anything is unclear, email us at founders@plenarly.com.
Our website
Our website doesn't use analytics or advertising cookies. Our host, Vercel, keeps standard request logs, which may include your IP address, under its own terms.
The early-access form
If you ask for early access, we collect your first name, last name and email, plus a message if you choose to write one.
We use these details only to reply to you and to contact you about early access. We never use them for marketing, and we don't sell them.
Where your details go
Your details are saved in a Google Sheet in our Google Workspace. We may also send an internal summary email to the founders, which an AI assistant helps prepare. The main providers involved are Vercel and Google, and they may process data in the United States.
How long we keep them
We keep your details for 12 months after our last contact with you, or less if you ask. Once a month we clean up anything past that point, so an entry may stay up to a month longer.
To be honest about how deletion works: when we delete something, it's removed from our active records, but it may still be recoverable for a while from our email trash or the Sheet's version history. Our providers may also keep their own logs and backups under their own terms.
Your choices
Email founders@plenarly.com from the address you used, and we'll show you what we have, correct it, or delete it.
Children
Plenarly isn't meant for children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their details. If you think a child has sent us information, let us know and we'll delete it.
Changes
If anything here changes, we'll update this page and the effective date above.
